We employ a Parent Process which will be active from inception to closure of the Project. The framework of the Process is unique to INI workshare, borne of our rich industry experience after information is exchanged with the client, the process is customized keeping in mind these parameters:
 
INI WORKSARE process has certain milestones, checks and balances that ensure consistent quality. These parameters are also known as Statutory Compliances, and remain unchanged irrespective of the project. The project is closed only after the client has reviewed it along with us, and both the parties have validated the performance against the set targets or expectations. The final step is documentation of the project, when relevant information is shared with the client and the data is added to our knowledge bank.
 
At INI WORKSHARE, we believe that every entity in the world is unique, even though the elements that go into its creation may be the same. Taking cue from this philosophy, we have introduced Process Customization to our work methodology for Architectural CAD and BIM Services. The customization is done based on the inputs received during our interaction with clients, and following are the parameters considered:

Team: A team is at the heart of process creation, and people are the raison d’être of a process. In its basic essence, a process is created with a promise, that if people follow it, a certain result is assured.
 
Task: While people are at the heart of the process, the result assured is the task. One of the questions we often ask our clients is “Where do these drawings go?” Drawings meant for discussion, permit, bid, construction or record-each set would have to be customized for the person receiving it, who, in quality lingo, is called ‘The Customer of the Process’.
 
Schedule: Timely delivery is as important as quality. At INI WORKSHARE, we take into consideration time zones, reviews, time needed for printing and binding, client’s external deadlines, holidays, contingencies, and anything else that influences the timely completion of a project.
 
Software: When we work in different time zones, and on aggressive deadlines, the last thing we can afford is losing a day because of reasons like “I can’t open the file”, “this drawing was saved in another version.” etc. Our process ensures that all software used is compatible, and their limitations are taken into account (like file size, etc.)
 
Output: This is why our services were hired, and this is what is of paramount importance to us, especially at the end. A client would need soft copies, printable versions and converted versions of our work differently for different end uses. If the set is a Permit or Approval set, we might be require to combine outputs into a PDF binder, number the pages, etc. CAD files might be required in different states – x refs, relative paths, layer states, model space, etc. – depending on how the client needs to use the soft files.
The final process we create is for the lifetime of the task, and takes these factors in mind. The process becomes defunct the moment the job is delivered, accepted, reviewed and closed. Even a repeat job for the same client would not employ the same process. We could use the last process as a reference, but would still treat the new (repeat) job as unique, which is where the competitive advantage of INI WORKSHARE is derived from!

With his return to India from the U.S. Adi brings to INI his western sensibilities and methodologies combined with an innate understanding and love of things Indian. He now leads INI’s multi-disciplinary design practice in Ahmedabad. The office provides services in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, urban planning, engineering, and project management consultancy.

Adi has over 43 years of experience as an award-winning architect, and his portfolio of work is varied and extensive. Through the years he has been fortunate to work with renowned architects, designers and artists, and has gained a reputation for excellence in design and the ability to understand and work with diverse groups, both clients and colleagues.

After completing his Bachelorof Architecture at the University of Virginia, Adi held leadership positions at Wolf Associates Architects (now Wolf Architecture), JN Pease Associates, andMistri Hardaway Architects,where his work with phenomenal colleagues gained numerous commendations and design awards; and, now he leads the new and vibrant INI Design Studio (formerly Stantec Consulting). His practice experience is broad and covers all aspects of the profession but centers on design and client engagement. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

His work in architecture, interior design, planning and urban design for clients both public and private includes Government, Commercial, Corporate, Education, Health + Wellness, Hospitality, Residential, Science + Technology, Entertainment and Retail. Project types range from corporate high rise to interiors for entrepreneurs. Adi and his INI team seek to create projects that are remarkable for their comprehensive response to needs, environmental sensibilities, and beauty born of locale and function, and reasonable cost. Jayesh Hariyani has served the building and design industry for over 25 years, specializing in business strategies combining urban design, architecture and real estate development that are based on sustainability. Jayesh has worked in Europe, USA, UAE and Asia. He served as MD and Senior Principal at Stantec Consulting from 2007 to 2015. As a Director and Chairman of INI (formerly Stantec Consulting) he is instrumental in forming and delivering research-driven, large multi-use developments, that are driven by good planning, architecture, technology and sustainable principles. He has also held teaching positions at Carnegie Mellon University and University of Texas, and has presented in several national & international conferences.

Jayesh has a Diploma in Architecture from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, India,a Master of Architecture specializing in Urban Design & Planning from Syracuse University, New York, and an Executive Level E-MBA from Katz School of Business at University of Pittsburgh. His E-MBA was focused on sustainable, urban real-estate development. Jayesh is deeply engaged in transforming the practice and education of architecture, urban design and planning to make them more relevant, effective and environmentally conscious.

His sustainable design and planning philosophy seeks to create communities that are energy efficient and responsible. He strongly believes that through a high quality of design we must provide better working and living environments that enrichour communities and contribute to healthy eco systems. He first served in Reliance Textile Industries, Ahmedabad, for five years as Deputy Electrical Engineer and then spent 10 years with Beeah Group Consultants, Saudi Arabia, as a Project Coordinator. In 1990 he returned to India and was responsible for the creation of Sheth Techno Consultants, a MEPF design service company, a 25 year old organization that merged with INI in 2015.

His membership in, and affiliation with, professional institutions remain active, especially with The Institution of Engineers (India), Ahmedabad Engineers Association, Institute of Electrical Engineers, London, and others such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IPA and FSAI.

Pradip continues to be invited for lectures and participation in various MEPF-related seminars and forums across the globe, in which he participates without hesitation and with great enthusiasm.

He keeps abreast of all the latest software and technology in use for the MEPF design service industry and constantly urges and inspires his team to perform best practice engineering at a greater level of accuracy, competency and speed, thereby matching international standards.

He is very well networked, and consistently uses his contacts the right way and solely for the benefit of the organization. Bindu is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in architecture and business with a record of superior results in a variety of challenging and multicultural environments globally. She is an architect by education and serves as business partner in INI. She has earned a Bachelor in Architecture from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, a Masters in Information Systems from Robert Morris University of Pittsburgh, and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburg.

Prior to joining INI, Bindu was a partner in Hariyanis Architects, Interior Design and Planning, a 30 person firm, then worked for 7 years in the U.S. in business, ranging from a financial institution, non-profit organization to the corporate promotional product industry, where she served in various management roles, managing staff across offices in the U.S. Her work was primarily dedicated to business process management and analyzing practices and data to advise clients on business efficiency, productivity and minimizing inefficiency. On returning to India Bindu joined Burt Hill India as business partner in 2007, continuing with Stantec in 2010, to the present formation of INI.

Her diverse background in architecture, business and technical aspects of business organizations has proved to be invaluable in the setting up of our initial design practice in India, as well our transition to a self-owned firm today. Being a registered architect and having earned an Executive MBA from a globally-ranked program have proven to be invaluable in the operations of INI. Her background as both an architect and a business person has brought to the firm invaluable, senior-level experience in executive decision-making, policy direction, strategic business planning, and financial and personnel management.

Bindu has an aptitude to create partnerships with those critical outside consultants who support us - the accountants, vendors, bankers, landlords, contractors, IT consultants etc. who are critical to the smooth running of the office. She has created a professional business environment that inspires respect and commands good service.

Bindu is a founding member of Design & Infrastructure Ltd., a design and development firm, and Rural Education and Development Foundation (READ), which is driven by her passion to extend education where it is needed.
